Mary married David Morgan on Tuesday 13 March 1849 in St Paul's Church, Liverpool, Lancashire.

Mary's second marriage was to John Newby on Friday 12 May 1865 in the Parish Church, Llandilofawr, Carmarthenshire, Wales.

Mary died when she was 56 years old, on Wednesday 14 July 1886 in 34, Dolau, New Dock, Llanelly, Carmarthenshire, Wales.   The cause of her death was Cancer of the Womb and Exhaustion.   James Davies, her son-in-law, was present at her death and was the informant of her death.

Her age on the death certificate was stated to be 52.
