Details of Ellin's birth are not known.

Ellin married Edward (Edvardus) Chew in 1656 in Blackburn, Lancashire on 26th May 1656.

She had the following children from her marriage to Edward (Edvardus) Chew:

- Jenet Chew	born in 1663.
- Richard Chew	born in 1666.
- Ellen Chew	born in 1668.

- Elizabetha Chew	born in 1672.
- Edward (Edvardus) Chew	born around 1676.

Ellin died in 1676.  

She was buried in Gisburn, Yorkshire on 30th October 1676.
