Herbert Arthur Bleazard was the son of Isaac Bleazard and Elizabeth Ann Bell.

Herbert was born on Thursday 14 October 1880 in Manchester, Lancashire (Chorlton Registration District (Dec qtr).

Herbert married Minnie Goodier on Friday 16 February 1917 in The Register Office, Manchester, Lancashire.
The witnesses at the marriage were Ellen Bleazard and Ellen Langley.
Herbert was 34 years old and Minnie was 33 years old when they married.

Minnie was a widow.

He had the following children from his marriage to Minnie Goodier:

Herbert was a Hosiery Salesman, and later a Tailor.

Herbert died when he was 47 years old, on Wednesday 21 December 1927 in the Manchester Registration District (Dec qtr).   The cause of his death was injuries from the 1914-18 war.  

The WW1 Medal Rolls Index (see Pictures above) are index cards created by the Army Medal Office towards the end of the First World War. They record the medals that men and women who served in the First World War were entitled to claim. He was awarded the Victory Medal and the British War Medal.

On his marriage certificate, it stated that he was a Private in the 2nd Middlesex Regiment and that he was an Outfitters Manager.
