Isaac Bleazard was the son of and Jane Bleazard.

Isaac was born on Thursday 5 August 1847 in Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

Isaac married Elizabeth Ann Bell on Sunday 19 May 1872 in St Luke, Chorlton Upon Medlock, Manchester, Lancashire.
Isaac was 24 years old and Elizabeth was about 18 years old when they married.
