Herbert Arthur Bleazard was the son of Herbert Arthur Bleazard and Minnie Goodier.

Herbert was born in 1918 in Manchester, Lancashire (Manchester Registration District (Mar Qtr)).

Herbert married Muriel M. Jones in 1946 in the Manchester Registration District (Sep qtr).

He had the following children from his marriage to Muriel M. Jones:

- Susan Patricia Bleazard	born in 1947 (date suppressed) at Manchester Registration District (Dec Qtr).
- Karen Lesley Bleazard	born in 1959 (date suppressed).

Details of Herbert's occupation are not known.

Herbert died on Wednesday 21 January 1981.  

He emigrated to Tasmania.
