Henry (Harry) Frankland was the son of David Frankland and Eleanor Ormerod.

Harry was born on Monday 17 June 1907 in Burnley, Lancashire.

Harry married Elsie Eastham on Saturday 21 October 1933 in Burnley, Lancashire.

He had the following children from his marriage to Elsie Eastham:

- Barry Frankland	born in 1936 (date suppressed) in Burnley, Lancashire.
- Jeffrey Frankland	born in 1945.

Harry was a Weaver and a Poultry Farmer.

Harry died when he was about 86 years old, on Saturday 12 June 1993 in Epping, Essex.
