Elsie Eastham was born on Friday 27 March 1908.

Elsie married Henry (Harry) Frankland on Saturday 21 October 1933 in Burnley, Lancashire.

She had the following children from her marriage to Henry (Harry) Frankland:

- Barry Frankland	born in 1936 (date suppressed) in Burnley, Lancashire.
- Jeffrey Frankland	born in 1945.

Elsie died when she was about 90 years old, on Friday 27 February 1998.  

She was buried on Thursday 5 March 1998.
