Cyril married Greta Bailey in Clitheroe, Lancashire.

He had the following children from his marriage to Greta Bailey:

- John Malcolm Bailey Bleazard	born in 1936 (date suppressed) in Clitheroe, Lancashire.
- Yvonne Maureen Bleazard	born in 1944 (date suppressed).

Details of Cyril's occupation are not known.

Cyril died when he was about 56 years old, on Friday 24 April 1964.
