John Malcolm Bailey Bleazard is the son of John Cyril Bleazard and Greta Bailey.

Malcolm was born in 1936 (date suppressed) in Clitheroe, Lancashire.

Malcolm married Joyce Margaret Beardwood on Monday 6 March 1961 in Blackburn, Lancashire.
