Annie Bleazard was the daughter of Thomas Holgate Bleazard and Lucy Fell.

Annie was born in 1913 in Duke of York, Grindleton, Yorkshire.

Annie married Frank Cowell in 1938 in Grindleton, Yorkshire.

They married in January 1938.

She had the following children from her marriage to Frank Cowell:

- Christine Margaret Cowell	born in 1938 (date suppressed) in Grindleton, Yorkshire.
- John Cowell	born in 1940 (date suppressed) in Gisburn, Yorkshire.

Annie died when she was about 71 years old, in 1984 in Grindleton, Yorkshire.  

She died in September 1984.
