Lucy Fell was born on Friday 6 February 1885 in Crossflatts, near Bingley, Yorkshire.

Lucy married Thomas Holgate Bleazard in 1912 in St Ambrose's Church, Grindleton, Yorkshire.

She had the following children from her marriage to Thomas Holgate Bleazard:

- Annie Bleazard	born in 1913 in Duke of York, Grindleton, Yorkshire.
- Mary Bleazard	born in 1914 in Grindleton, Yorkshire.
- Elsie Bleazard	born on 23 November 1915 in Hare Clough, Browsholme, Yorkshire.
- Harold Bleazard	born in 1918 in Grindleton, Yorkshire.

Lucy died when she was about 75 years old, in 1960 in Grindleton, Yorkshire.
