Arthur Bleazard was the son of Jonas Henry Bleazard and Mary Illingworth.

Arthur was born on Friday 29 July 1870 in Dunneyshop, near Accrington, Lancashire.

Arthur married Clara Tattershall on Tuesday 16 April 1895 in Accrington, Lancashire.

He had the following children from his marriage to Clara Tattershall:

Arthur was a Farmer and Dairyman.

Arthur died when he was 58 years old, on Thursday 20 June 1929.
