Constance (Connie) Thomas was the daughter of John William (Wil) Thomas and Emily Mary Gallichan.

Connie was born on Saturday 7 October 1922 in Liverpool, Lancashire.

Connie married Armand Eckhoff Pettersen in 1945 in the Liverpool South Registration District (Jun qtr).

She had the following children from her marriage to Armand Eckhoff Pettersen:

- Armand Pettersen	born on 16 March 1946 at the Liverpool South Registration District (Mar qtr).
- Janice E. Pettersen	born in 1948 at the Liverpool South Registration District (Jun qtr).
- Michelle Pettersen	born in 1950 at the Liverpool South Registration District (Jun qtr).

Connie died when she was 69 years old, in 1991 in the Whitby Registration District, Yorkshire (Dec).
