Nellie Ibbotson was the daughter of James Ibbotson and Susannah Jackson.

Nellie was born on Monday 17 January 1916 in Castleford, Yorkshire.

Nellie married William Ross Cullum on Wednesday 1 March 1950 in Leeds, Yorkshire.

This was William's second marriage.

She had the following children from her marriage to William Ross Cullum:

- David Cullum
- Michael Cullum	born in 1950 (date suppressed).
- John Cullum	born in 1953 (date suppressed).
- Patricia Cullum	born in 1956 (date suppressed).

Nellie died when she was 59 years old, on Thursday 2 October 1975 in Leeds, Yorkshire.
