Charlotte Hannah Rathbone was the daughter of Thomas Rathbone and Emma Spittle.

Charlotte was born around 1868 in Aston, Warwicksire.

Charlotte married Albert Bunn in 1890 in Aston, Warwickshire.

She had the following children from her marriage to Albert Bunn:

- Amy Bunn	born in 1892 at Handsworth, Staffordshire.
- Reginald Bunn	born in 1895 at Handsworth, Staffordshire.
