Isaac Bleazard was the son of Isaac Bleazard and Mary Bradley.

Isaac was born around 1737 in Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

He was christened at Slaidburn, Yorkshire on 31st July 1737.

Isaac married Jane Balshaw on Thursday 20 June 1765 in Slaidburn, Yorkshire.
Isaac was about 28 years old when they married.

He had the following children from his marriage to Jane Balshaw:

- John Bleazard	born around 1766 in Slaidburn, Yorkshire.
- Isaac Bleazard	born on 13 September 1767 in Stoneybank, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.
- Robert Bleazard	born on 26 December 1773 in Bolton by Bowland, Yorkshire.
- Richard Bleazard	born on 12 November 1774 in Bolton by Bowland, Yorkshire.
- Jane Bleazard	born around 1778 in Bolton by Bowland, Yorkshire.
- Susannah Bleazard	born on 24 September 1780 in Bolton by Bowland, Yorkshire.

Isaac was a Farmer.

Isaac died when he was about 81 years old, in 1818.  

He was buried on Sunday 11 October 1818 in Bolton by Bowland.
