She had the following children from her marriage to John Burrill:

- Leonard Burrill	born in 1726 in Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon, North Yorkshire.
- Joseph Burrill	born in 1730.
- William Burrill	born in 1733.
- Richard Burrill	born in 1735.
- Elizabeth Burrill	born in 1738.
- Sarah Burrill	born in 1742.
- Ann Burrill	born in 1745.

Elizabeth died when she was 84 years old, on Friday 31 December 1784.  

Her gravestone has the following inscription:

Here lieth the body of
John Burrill of Swetton
Who departed this life
August the 22nd 1760
Aged 66 Years
Also the body of
Elizabeth his wife
Who died December XXXI
MDCCLXXXIV Aged LXXXIV
(December 31 1784 Aged 84)
