Louisa was born on Monday 9 November 1863 in 9, Westfield Street, St Helens, Lancashire.

Louisa married Herbert Thomas on Monday 29 June 1885 in St George's Church in the Parish of Walton on the Hill, Everton, near Liverpool, Lancashire.
