Joseph Partridge was the son of Joseph Partridge and Phoebe Jane Parkinson.

Joseph was born around 1837 in Bilston, Staffordshire.

Joseph married Harriet Court in 1858 in West Bromwich Registration District.

He had the following children from his marriage to Harriet Court:

- Sarah Jane Partridge	born around 1859 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
- Harriet Marinez Partridge	born around 1864 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
- Phoebe Maria Partridge	born around 1867 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Joseph was a Moulder.

Joseph died when he was 92 years old, in 1929.  

He was buried on Sunday 17 March 1929 in Wood Green Cemetery, Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
