Harriet was born around 1838 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Harriet married Joseph Partridge in 1858 in West Bromwich Registration District.

She had the following children from her marriage to Joseph Partridge:

- Sarah Jane Partridge	born around 1859 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
- Harriet Marinez Partridge	born around 1864 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
- Phoebe Maria Partridge	born around 1867 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Harriet died when she was 74 years old, in 1912.  

She was buried on Thursday 8 February 1912 in Wood Green Cemetery, Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
