Ann Bleazard was the daughter of Robert Bleazard and Ann Hopwood.

Ann was born in 1807 in Newton, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

She was christened on Sunday 7 October 1810 at St Andrews Church, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

Details of Ann's death are not known.
