Leo Roy Bleazard was the son of Mark Vincent Bleazard and Cleo Laverna Haun.

Leo was born on Friday 5 December 1930 in Marray, Salt Lake, Utah.

He was christened on Saturday 5 August 1939.

Leo married Aurelia Raedelene Allen
