Audrey Elizabeth Partridge was the daughter of Hubert Harold Partridge and Maud Elizabeth Turnor.

Audrey was born on Friday 9 June 1922 in Hammersmith Registration District.

Audrey married Ken Francis Colin Barkleigh-Shute on Monday 9 March 1942 in Fylde, Lancashire.

She had the following children from her marriage to Ken Francis Colin Barkleigh-Shute:

- Christopher B Shute	born in 1947 (date suppressed) at Ealing.
- Vanessa Christine Shute	born in 1949 (date suppressed) at Middlesex.
