Hubert Harold Partridge was born on Thursday 5 January 1888 in Kings Norton Registration District.

Harold married Maud Elizabeth Turnor on Saturday 4 October 1913 in St Augustine's Church, Edgbaston, Birmingham, Warwickshire.

He had the following children from his marriage to Maud Elizabeth Turnor:

- Margaret Sylvia (Peggy) Partridge	born in 1916 in Kings Norton Registration District.
- Audrey Elizabeth Partridge	born on 9 June 1922 in Hammersmith Registration District.

Harold was a Superintendent in General Engineering.

Harold died when he was about 96 years old, on Saturday 1 October 1983.
