Charles Frederick Flemming was born on Sunday 19 August 1917.

Charles married Kathleen Thomas in 1942 in the Cleveland Registration District (Jun qtr).

He had the following children from his marriage to Kathleen Thomas:

- John Allen Flemming	born in 1946 at Liverpool, Lancashire.
- Jean Brenda Flemming	born in 1950 at the Middlesborough Registration District (Jun qtr).

Details of Charles's occupation are not known.

Charles died when he was 75 years old, in 1993 in the Central Cleveland Registration District.  

He died in April 1993.
