John Bleazard was the son of John Bleazard and Esther Holgate.

John was born around 1836.

He was christened on Friday 9 December 1836 at Wesleyan Methodist Church, Clitheroe, Lancashire.

John died when he was about 1 year old, around 1837.  

He was buried on Monday 6 February 1837 in Bolton by Bowland.
