Jane Cundall was the daughter of Robert Cundall and Mary Kipling.

Jane was born around 1805 in Swetton, Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon, North Yorkshire.

She was christened on Tuesday 8 October 1805 at Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon, North Yorkshire.

Jane married William Burrill on Thursday 26 April 1838 in Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon, North Yorkshire.
The witnesses at the marriage were Thomas Barker and Peter Burrill.

She was buried on Wednesday 5 September 1888 in St Peters Church, Dallowgill, Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon, North Yorkshire (Plot 17).

His gravestone has the following inscription:

In affectionate remembrance
of William Burrill of
Carlesmoor
who died October 11th 1887
aged 74 years
Also Jane
relict of the above named
who died September 1st 1888
aged 83 years
