Charlotte H. (Lottie) Butcher was born on Tuesday 4 February 1896.

Lottie married George Illingworth Bleazard in 1921 in the Fylde Registration District (Mar qtr).

She had the following children from her marriage to George Illingworth Bleazard:

- Dorothy Bleazard	born on 8 March 1922 in Blackpool, Lancashire.

Lottie died when she was 77 years old, on Monday 28 January 1974 in Stockport.
