Details of Harold's occupation are not known.
Minnie and Harold owned Pines Outfitters on Stretford Road, Hulme (see Pictures). It was two shops together, one ladies separates and another gents outfitters.
Minnie and Harold lived in a bungalow in Wythenshawe until they retired and sold the shops, probably when Hulme was demolished in the sixties. They moved to Torquay, which is where Minnie died.
