Elizabeth was born around 1744 in Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

Elizabeth married William Slinger on Saturday 13 April 1771 in St Andrew's Church, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.
The witnesses at the marriage were Thomas Simpson and William Slaitor.

She had the following children from her marriage to William Slinger:

- Isabell Slinger	born around 1774 in Greenfold, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.
- Richard Slinger	born around 1776 in Greenfold, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.
- Henry Slinger	born around 1778 in Greenfold, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.
- Thomas Slinger	born around 1783 in Greenfold, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.
- Ambrose Slinger	born around 1790 in Greenfold, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

Elizabeth died when she was 92 years old, in 1836 in Cocklick End, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.  

She was buried on Saturday 30 January 1836 in St Andrew's Church, Slaidburn.
