Geoffrey (Geoff) Lavender was the son of John Herbert (Jack) Lavender and Alice Maud Jeffries.

Geoff was born on Monday 22 November 1920.

Geoff married Beryl Bradley on Saturday 15 October 1955.

He had the following children from his marriage to Beryl Bradley:

- Clare Lavender	born in 1957 (date suppressed).
- John David Lavender	born in 1958 (date suppressed).
- Michael Stuart Lavender	born in 1960 (date suppressed).
- Joanne Lavender	born in 1962 (date suppressed).

Geoff was a worker at the Lavender Aluminium Foundry at Hall Green, Wednesbury.

Geoff died when he was 47 years old, on Thursday 30 May 1968.
