Ann Bleazard was the daughter of Isaac Bleazard and Jane (Jenny) Mawdsley.

Ann was born around 1797 in Easington, near Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

She was christened on Sunday 12 March 1797 at St Andrews Church, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

Details of Ann's death are not known.
