Howard Harold Baron Watkins was the son of Frederick William Watkins and Lydia Boaler.

Howard was born on Sunday 9 September 1888 in Smethwick, Staffordshire.

Howard was a Telegraphist.

Howard died when he was 30 years old, in 1918 in the Kings Norton Registration District (Jun Qtr).   The cause of his death was probably a result of a war injury.
