Benjamin (Ben) Greenhough was the son of Francis Greenhough and Lucy Weston.

Ben was born in 1869 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

He was christened on Tuesday 21 April 1874 at St James Church, Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Ben married Mary Ann (Polly) Halford on Monday 18 April 1892 in St Pauls Church, Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
The witness at the marriage was Rose Emily Halford.
