Balderston Jan 16th 1896
Dear Brother I now take the plesher of writing these fue lines to you in answer to your kind and welcome letter which I was plesed to receve and and was glad to hear you whear bothe quite well also to hear that Mr & Mrs Smith and that you found them alright in the land of the leveing. I have left Bob Hartley's house as he wanted hour house for Deck to leve in. We are leving in a house close to Bob Hartley's now. Lenseey is very porley he as been in the Infermery three weeaks he is no better. I expect I shall be taying hear for another seson.
