Millicent Frankland was the daughter of John Frankland and Margaret Parker.

Millicent married Henry Turner on Sunday 22 January 1837 in Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

Millicent died when she was 80 years old, in 1878 in the Clitheroe Registration District, Lancashire.
