Arthur Warby is the son of Arthur Joseph Warby and Florence Jessie (Florrie) Adams.

Arthur was born in 1927 in Stourbeidge, Worcestershire.

Arthur married June Rose Edmead on Saturday 5 March 1949 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire.

He had the following children from his marriage to June Rose Edmead:

- Anthony Arthur (Tony) Warby	born in 1950 (date suppressed) in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire.
- Brian Warby	born in 1952 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire.
- Gillian Margaret Rose Warby	born in 1954 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire.
- Kevin Terence Warby	born in 1961 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire.
- Sheila Dianne Warby	born in 1963 at Wolverhampton, Worcestershire.
- Trevor Robert Warby	born in 1966 at Wolverhampton, Worcestershire.

Arthur was an employee of the Baggeridge Brick Company from 1951 until restructuring in 1977.   He attended the 25 year club put on by the Earl of Dudley for employees who had given more than 25 years service.   He then worked at Steetley Refractories as a Maintenance fitter.
