Annie Page Whistance was the daughter of Richard Whistance and Hannah Maria Page.

Annie was born on Thursday 14 March 1867.

She was christened on Sunday 21 April 1867 at St Andrew's Church, Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Annie married Arthur Job Oates on Thursday 7 July 1898 in The Register Office, Walsall, Staffordshire.

She had the following children from her marriage to Arthur Job Oates:

- Arthur William Oates	born on 25 September 1898.
- John Oates	born on 6 May 1902 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
- Annie Oates	born on 9 May 1903 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

- Grace Lilian (Lily) Oates	born on 2 February 1909.

Annie died when she was 56 years old, on Sunday 18 March 1923.
