Florence Wright was the daughter of William Wright and Ellen Barnsley.

Florence was born on Monday 16 December 1872.

Florence married Alfred James Stevens on Saturday 1 September 1894 in Christ's Church, West Bromwich, Staffordshire.

She had the following children from her marriage to Alfred James Stevens:

- Alfred James Stevens	born on 30 July 1896 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
- Robert Ewart Stevens	born on 26 August 1898 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.
- John Charles Stevens	born on 24 March 1901.

Florence died when she was about 85 years old, around 1957 in Derby, Derbyshire.
