Amelia Jemima Mincher was the daughter of Samuel Ellis Mincher and Ann Smith.

Amelia was born around 1864 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Amelia married Thomas Greenhough on Monday 5 September 1887 in St Johns Church, Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

She had the following children from her marriage to Thomas Greenhough:

- Lucy Ann Greenhough	born on 13 June 1890 in Walsall, Staffordshire.
- Thomas Ellis Greenhough	born on 15 October 1895 in Walsall, Staffordshire.
- Rose Lavinia Ada Greenhough	born in 1903 in Walsall, Staffordshire.

Amelia died when she was about 58 years old, in 1922.
