Polly Jennings was the daughter of Thomas Jennings and Elizabeth Beech.

Polly was born on Saturday 16 October 1886 in Methley, Leeds, Yorkshire.

Polly married John Gallagher on Saturday 22 December 1906 in St Oswald's Church, Methley, near Rothwell, Leeds, Yorkshire.
