Charlotte Lumsdon was the daughter of John Lumsdon and Mabel Smith.

Charlotte was born on Sunday 26 April 1807 in Horton by Blythe, Northumberland.

Charlotte's second marriage was to John Wing on Thursday 2 July 1840 in Poona, India.

She had the following children from her marriage to John Wing:
