Thomas Wing Cundall was the son of Thomas Wing Cundall and Lena Farthing.

Thomas was born on Saturday 5 December 1896 in 1, Sydney Mews, Kensington, London.

Thomas married Dorothy Edith Probett on Saturday 4 April 1942 in the Register Office in Kensington, London.
The witnesses at the marriage were E.F.Probett and R.C.D.Jenkins.
Thomas was 45 years old and Dorothy was 31 years old when they married.

He had the following children from his marriage to Dorothy Edith Probett:

- Tom Gurney Cundall	born on 22 July 1944.
- Michael John Cundall	born on 9 August 1947.
