Alice Chew was the daughter of Henry John (Harry) Chew and Elizabeth Law.

Alice was born on Tuesday 15 July 1890 in Clitheroe, Lancashire.

Alice married John William Boulton in 1910 in the Skipton Registration District (Dec Quarter).

She had the following children from her marriage to John William Boulton:
