Millicent Parker was the daughter of John Parker and Margaret Kendall.

Millicent was born around 1753 in Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

Millicent married John Brennand in 1774 in Waddington, Yorkshire on 31st December 1774.

She had the following children from her marriage to John Brennand:

- Millicent Brennand	born in 1787 at Champion, Slaidburn, Yorkshire.

Millicent died in 1818.  

She was buried in 1818 in Slaidburn, Yorkshire on 9th January 1818.
