Robert Cundall was the son of John Cundall and Ellin Burrell.

Robert was born around 1728 in Carlesmoor, Swetton, Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon, North Yorkshire.

He was christened in 1728 at Carlesmoor, Swetton, Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon, North Yorkshire on 21st December 1728.

Robert married Margaret Hardcastle on Saturday 12 March 1763 in Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon, North Yorkshire.
The witnesses at the marriage were Thomas Robinson and Robert Raper.

He had the following children from his marriage to Margaret Hardcastle:

Details of Robert's occupation are not known.

Robert died in 1797 in Swetton, Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon, North Yorkshire.  

He was buried on Sunday 10 December 1797 in St Andrews Church, Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon, North Yorkshire.
