Abraham Greenhough was the son of Abraham Greenhough and Eleanor (Ellen) Mills.

Abraham was born in 1875 in Stonall, Staffordshire.

Abraham married Elizabeth Jane Mayer in 1897 in Ashton-under-Lyne, Staffordshire.

He had the following children from his marriage to Elizabeth Jane Mayer:
