Harold Bleazard was the son of George Bleazard and Ellen Strickland.

Harold was born on Thursday 21 January 1915 in the Oldham Registration District (Mar qtr).

Harold married Edith McNair in 1937 in the Manchester Registration District (Jun qtr).

He had the following children from his marriage to Edith McNair:

- Vivienne Bleazard	born in 1944 at the Manchester Registration District (Sep qtr).
- Elaine Bleazard	born in 1947 at the Manchester Registration District (Mar qtr).
