Caroline Lemon was the daughter of John Lemon and Mary Ann Brindley.

Caroline was born on Saturday 10 May 1873 in Derby, Derbyshire.

She was christened on Thursday 5 April 1877 at St Alkmunds church, Derby, Derbyshire.

Caroline married Thomas Faulkner on Saturday 12 January 1895 in St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire.

She had the following children from her marriage to Thomas Faulkner:

- Sarah Ann Faulkner	born in 1902 in Derby, Derbyshire.

Caroline died in 1962 in Derby, Derbyshire.
