Norman Lambert Parkinson was born on Tuesday 2 July 1901.

Norman married Hannah Hayhurst in 1925 in the Clitheroe Registration District (Dec quarter).

He had the following children from his marriage to Hannah Hayhurst:

- Rodney Lambert Parkinson	born on 6 June 1926 at the Clitheroe Registration District (Sep. quarter).
- Stella Parkinson	born in 1929 at the Clitheroe Registration District (Mar. quarter).

Norman was a Head Gardener, and ARP Observer.

Norman died when he was 66 years old, in 1967 in the Ewecross Registration District (Sep. quarter).
